Kevin Manning is the President and founder of Right Time Consulting. Under Kevin’s leadership, the company has established strong relationships with numerous clients and business partners. In addition to providing strategic direction and managing the consulting organization, Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the company and performs financial duties including budgeting, forecasting, payroll and invoicing. Over the past six years RTC has had steady growth and become recognized as a premier provider of IT services and expertise. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in IT consulting, staffing, client services and software development. Kevin was a member of the executive management team at Saillant Consulting Group where he managed the consulting staff and oversaw projects to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Kevin began his IT career in the US Navy and has held management positions at major corporations including Digital Equipment Corporation, MCI Systemhouse, MediaOne Group and Mountain Bell. Kevin’s interests include golfing, fly fishing, boating and travel.
Doug Anderson is Vice President of Business Development for RTC. Since joining RTC in 2005, Doug has been building strong relationships with our clients and business partners. While maintaining steady growth over the past 7 years, Doug has focused on adding significant value to the clients we serve. Doug’s mission is to deliver consulting and staffing resources to IT executives that will help them save money, streamline business operations and improve their client satisfaction. Doug has been in IT business development for over 25 years. Prior to joining RTC, Doug was a Senior Account Executive for First Consulting Group, a healthcare IT consulting firm providing clients consulting, systems implementation and outsourcing solutions.
Doug enjoyed a 16 year career with Digital/Compaq/ Hewlett-Packard prior to FCG. Doug is a graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and enjoys skiing and playing golf in his spare time.
A brief description of our key Senior Consultants:
Michael Hinze has more than 15 years experience in the technology industry as a Senior Consultant. Mike has consulted for Digital Equipment Corporation, MCI Systemhouse, and Saillant Consulting Group. He has worked extensively in the areas of web architecture, technical architecture, requirements analysis, detailed design of applications, and Internet/Intranet projects. In addition, he has designed and implemented numerous Internet/Intranet systems within the United States. Mike’s experience with E-business technologies includes: document management, web content management, electronic commerce, relational database management systems, application development, multi-tier technologies, and client/server technologies. He has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, healthcare, technology, and travel. Mike has also developed and managed software product teams for six years at Objective, Inc., with a primary focus of integrating with and providing a graphical front end to airline reservation systems.
Robert Jordan has 25 years experience in the IT industry as a Senior consultant. He has been in IT services with Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, and HP. He possesses broad technical knowledge combined with outstanding leadership ability and creative problem solving skills in both strategic and tactical areas. An effective communicator able to explain complex concepts and ideas to non-technical individuals, Robert has successfully provided consulting to companies ranging from small, privately run businesses to Fortune 500 and government agencies. His skills include Enterprise management skills that include systems management and upgrades in a multi-vendor environment, Microsoft Exchange upgrades, data protection, SAN management, as well as monitoring and fault detection for systems, networks, and applications. Experience on multiple technology domains (mainframe, midrange, desktop). He has a broad range of Software Quality Assurance skills including version control, testing, and product packaging.
Tim Fritzler is a Senior Consultant leading IT solution implementations for numerous multi-national and global corporations. He has had great successes and a proven record in Information Technology and consulting with 24 years experience. Tim has extensive experience in demanding environments managing project teams of varying size to successfully meet project deadlines on time and under budget. He has technical expertise in the areas of Electronic Document Management Architecture and Design, Enterprise Content Management Architecture and Design, Web Content Management Architecture, Requirements Analysis and Detailed Design of applications, and Internet/Intranet projects. Tim has worked in a variety of industries including oil & gas, finance, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, travel, and publishing.
